MISSION & VISION
Our mission is to improve the lives of colored women and girls through hair, health, fashion, beauty and conversations building self confidence, advocating for equality, creating social platforms and knocking down economic barriers. We assure our women and girls that regardless to what challenges they have, they are BEAUTIFUL and they will WIN! We provide job training and programs in cosmetology which impact the lives of African American women. We incorporate after-school and summer programs with special emphasis on our African American girls. We have a strong component in entrepreneurship. This is also the platform where sisterhood is built amongst professional women and girls just looking to connect, network, become mentor and engage with each other through our social networks, providing leadership and positivity to our single moms & girls. These programs are based on life skills, healthy living, youth trades, financial literacy, entrepreneurship, sports education and performing arts.Our main focus is on the low - and moderate - income working moms helping to meet eligibility for earned income tax credit.
